I use Virtual PC 2004 all the time.  Virtual computers, which reside  in memory instead of living on a single physical computer, are one the most useful tools you can have in your developer toolkit.  I can't work without them anymore. I'll talk about how I use them on another day.

I found two great blogs that are chock full of Virtual PC tips.

Ben Armstrong

Ben Armstrong is the Program Manager for the Virtual PC team.   I learned a lot from reading his blog.  Did you know that you can migrate a physical drive to a virtual drive?

Megan Davis is a technical writer at Microsoft  and she blogs mostly about Virtual PC/Server.

Hey Walt,

Good stuff! I picked up VirtualPC a few weeks ago, but I am still in the process of moving my stuff off my wife's machine (all non-lazy programmers please take a step backward).

Thanks for the link to VPC vs. VServer...I've been looking for just such a link.

Brian
