I implemented a captcha control on my blog last January after I start getting comment spam. Darn if someone didn't figure out how to bypass it. These people are alot like zombies, they keep rising up after you think you've killed them.
It's a Chinese site, maybe they are paying someone to sit at a computer and hand enter the comments.
Check your logs, they'll be after you next.
